Cancellation and refunds

No contract, no automatic charges

You pay for one month or one year at a time. Nothing renews automatically: if you don't pay for the next period, your alerts stop when the current one ends.

Refunds

Payments already made are not refunded, including when you stop part-way through a period. Your alerts continue until the end of the period you paid for.

Upgrades

If you add a source or an email address during a period, you pay only the difference for the rest of that period.
