What we collect

Your name, company (if you give it), WhatsApp number, the email addresses that receive alerts, your trades or keywords, your city or province, and your payment records (amount, date, order number).

Why

Only to set up and send your alerts, confirm your payments, and answer your questions. We do not sell your details or share them with advertisers.

Who processes it

Our emails are sent through Brevo, an email delivery provider whose servers are outside Pakistan. Messages you send us on WhatsApp are handled by WhatsApp.

How long we keep it

While you are a customer, and afterwards only as long as needed for our tax and accounting records.

Your choices

You can stop the alerts at any time by messaging us on WhatsApp or replying to any alert. You can also ask us to show, correct or delete your details.
