FAQ
Common questions
PPRA is free. Why would I pay?
PPRA is free to browse, but you have to check it yourself, every day, and read through tenders that have nothing to do with you. We check it for you, filter it to your trades, add newspapers and company websites if you choose them, and remind you before tenders close.
Will I get every tender in Pakistan?
No service can honestly promise that, and we don't. You get every tender we find on the sources in your package that matches your trades or keywords. The sources we check are listed on this page.
How do I pay?
After you send your order on WhatsApp we reply with an order number and our bank details. Pay by bank transfer, or from your JazzCash or Easypaisa app, then send us a screenshot. Your alerts are set up once the payment reaches our account.
When do the emails start?
We set up your alerts the same working day after your payment is confirmed. Your first email arrives at the next morning or evening send time.
Can I change my trades or add sources later?
Yes. Message us on WhatsApp to change your trades or keywords at any time. To add a source mid-month, you pay only the difference for the rest of your billing period.
Can I cancel?
Yes. There is no contract and no automatic charge: if you don't renew, your alerts stop at the end of the period you paid for. Payments already made are not refunded. See the cancellation and refund policy.
The email went to spam. What do I do?
Open the email, mark it "Not spam" and add our address to your contacts. In Gmail, drag it to the Primary tab once. After that our emails arrive normally.
Can my staff or accountant get the emails too?
Yes. The Base package sends the alerts to 1 person and All-access to 3. To send them to more people, add each one for Rs 500 a month.
